All products sold on the Website are digital ebooks and downloadable resources delivered electronically. There are no physical goods, and no courier or postal shipping is involved. Once your payment is confirmed, access to your purchased files is granted immediately — a secure download link is shown on your order-confirmation page and emailed to you. No physical item is dispatched. Delivery is deemed complete at the moment your download link becomes available.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download and use the ebook for your own individual use. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-licence, or publicly share the files or their contents without our prior written consent.
Your placement of an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we send you an order-confirmation email. Until that confirmation is sent, we may refuse to accept your order, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.
